It is widely accepted that the transition for consumers to an EV from a traditionally fuelled vehicle is a big paradigm shift. It will be no surprise to EVA accredited sites that guests at dealerships will now be asking different questions than the early adopters.

With covid restrictions on dealerships and test drives relaxing throughout much of the UK, there are further opportunities to convert customers into EVs. To help answer some of their questions, NFDA is compiling a list of useful links to information that may help customers make the switch.

The first of these is to share our vision of dispelling the “range anxiety” as a negative issue and replacing this term with the far more positive approach of Charge Confidence. By directing consumers to, they will be able to see amongst many things, handy statistics to bolster their Charge Confidence, including local public points to new EV owners and the scale throughout the UK.
